History of Serneholt Estate
Serneholt Estate was founded in 2016 by Fredrik and Linda Serneholt and has grown to be one of the most well-known agencies on Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca and the islands. 2023 we had another record-breaking year, selling properties for more than 100 million Euros. We have a total of 11 offices across mainland Spain, Mallorca and Canary Islands and during q4 we will expand to Cyprus as well.
Our ambition for 2025 is to have another record breaking year and we are therefore looking to expand our team of agents based in Gran Canaria.
